Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A short description of the problem

We will review the case and offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item

  • Full refund

  • Store credit

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the order. We cannot guarantee refunds for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
